Repubblika deplores the engagement of Chris Cardona as Education consultant.
It would be interesting to know what credentials Cardona holds in the field of Education, and consequently, what type of consultancy he is competent to offer.
It is also worrying that a person with so many shadows hanging over him and suspect associations, should be appointed to a Ministry which shapes the minds and futures of our children and young people.
With Cardona’s return to government, Prime Minister Robert Abela has taken a further step towards reversing the changes of personnel he made when he took office, and reinstating characters who have been implicated in some of the worst scandals this country has ever seen.
