Friends,

Greetings, and thank you for the support you give us which fills us with great courage.

As we have done every year, Repubblika will commemorate the sixth month from the anniversary of Daphne’s death by celebrating mass on Tuesday 16 April at 6.00 pm at St Francis Church, Republic Street, Valletta, and then we gather in front of her memorial opposite the Court to hear speeches by Caoilfhionn Gallagher, a lawyer who specialises in human rights cases, Colm Regan, a human rights activist and teacher, lawyer Martina Farrugia, Occupy Justice activist, and myself as President of Repubblika.

I appeal to all those who believe in righteousness to join us on that day in church or in front of Daphne’s memorial to give a sign of hope to Daphne’s relatives, and a sign of determination to the authorities that we are not ready to compromise in achieving the justice that she deserves, nor will we stop before justice is done. See you there! Together we will get there!

I take this opportunity to thank Robert Aquilina for the valuable work he has done and continues to do on behalf of Repubblika in the courts for justice to be done.

We will get there!
