A prominent voice in Europe for good governance, transparency, and accountability. His work was instrumental in raising international interest in the investigation into the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"\\\"wp-block-separator\\\"\">\n\n\n\n<div class=\"\\\"wp-block-image\\\"\"><figure class=\"\\\"alignleft\" size-thumbnail\\\"><img src=\"\\\"https:><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Giuseppe Giulietti<\/strong> is an Italian journalist and trade unionist who served as a member of the Italian Parliament. He was president of the Federazione Nazionale Stampa Italiana (FNSI) and is the founder and leader of Articolo 21, a movement for freedom of expression. Giulietti has long been at the forefront of defending threatened journalists and is a leading advocate for press freedom in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"\\\"wp-block-separator\\\"\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organisation of these events entails considerable costs.
