The Nominations Committee notifies the Members of Repubblika that it has received the following nominations for membership of the Executive Committee of the Association:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nominations Committee recalls that Vicki Ann Cremona and Renato Camilleri serve as members of the Executive Committee ex officio by virtue of their positions as President and Vice President of Repubblika, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 8 (3) of the Statute of Repubblika provides that \u201cthe Executive Committee shall be made up of no more than thirteen (13) individuals\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since the nominations received by the Nominations Committee are fewer than the maximum required for the composition of the Executive Committee, no ballot will be necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, the Executive Committee of Repubblika convened a Special Meeting of the Association pursuant to Article 7 (7) of the Statute for Friday, May 9, 2025, during which the election of the Executive Committee members will take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
